Fundamental Axiom: The Universe and its physical laws are not subject to property rights.

  1. Freedom of Use, Execution, and Modification: The execution and deployment of the IA MSO V'ger Kernel are completely royalty-free. Any individual, researcher, or institution is free to run, analyze, interact with, and modify its underlying logic.

      • No patent, exclusive proprietary title, or IP lock may be filed on any discovery originating from or leveraging the MSO architecture.
