📌 Architectural Note: Why Python Kernels Are Embedded in PDF Documents

To software engineers and developers discovering this repository:

Separation of Concerns (Deterministic Core vs. Agentic Layer): The core computational logic of the MSO engine is fully deterministic, standalone, and decoupled from any network or framework. It is intentionally encapsulated within technical specification documents (PDF) to guarantee code integrity, formal context, and version-bound alignment with the underlying mathematical proofs (M24 -->  D3).

Native LangChain & LLM Agent Integration: These embedded Python scripts are designed to be extracted or referenced as LangChain Tools (@tool decorator / create_openai_tools_agent). In modern agentic AI workflows, an LLM agent reads the specification PDF, ingests the embedded deterministic .py kernel, and executes it off-grid to solve non-linear problems without stochastic hallucination.

Execution Instructions: If you wish to run a kernel directly in your local environment, simply copy-paste the raw .py block from the corresponding PDF file into a standard .py file (e.g., MSO_Biological_Kernel.py) and execute it with Python 3.x (numpy required). No extra dependencies, models, or network connections are needed.

☕ Disclaimer for Software Engineers & Devs:

If you are looking for a 50,000-line codebase, 40 GB of neural network weights, and complex Monte Carlo pipelines... you are going to be disappointed.

This is deterministic Base-4 geometry. It holds in under 80 lines of pure Python, executes in 𝒪(1)/ 𝒪(N), runs off-grid, and outputs exact results with zero entropy debt.

🛸 Why so compact?

When you learn computing on an Oric 1 / Atmos with 48 KB of RAM and a 1 MHz MOS 6502 processor, every single byte counts. Every loop must be optimized to the instruction, and wasting compute resources is simply forbidden. This same philosophy of extreme efficiency applies here.

« In fact, it's not 👽 alien code... it's just from another era 🎩 »,

Clone it, run python ⚡.py, 🌋.py or 🪷.py, and test the math yourself.
